Return Window

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery if they’re unused and in original packaging. Contact support@seruvi.store to start the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days. Shipping costs are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges & Damaged Items
